Some beautiful new work from Keita Morimoto.

Morimoto has a new book out as well — might be Japan only. Their site is here. Morimoto studied at OCAD.

Bel & Bel studios refashion vintage Vespas as office chairs.
They also make bars out from VWs. Much more on their site.
I cannot imagine the number of hours that goes into one of Jan Huling's pieces. Incredible work.
More on Huling's site.
Some truly remarkable winners in the Sienna International Photography Awards.
Plenty more on the official site of the awards.
Bet you didn't realize these were miniatures!

Julia's Tumblr hasn't been updated in five years, but since I haven't shared it before, here's some of her digital collage. She's on Instagram now, but I'll be damned if I link to a Meta property.
William Fisk's absolutely delightful paintings of inanimate objects are stunning.
These are his Polaroids but he's painted a variety of items. Check the motorcycle below.
See everything on Fisk's site. Note that these are huge, in most cases more than five feet high.
Looks like the CBC did a piece on him. Unfortunately I could only find the trailer.
Gorgeous work from Phyllis Shafer.
"I believe that a kind of transcendental essence lies at the heart of all natural forms and objects."
Many more on Shafer's website.
Rarefilmm is an archive of 100s of hard-to-find, little-known, or mostly-forgotten films. I've bookmarked a few for future watch: the documentary Pasolini, un delitto italiano (Who Killed Pasolini); Peter Bogdanovich's At Long Last Love; Pedro Costa's O Sangue; Xích lô; Bashu; and, just for laughs, the english-dubbed version of one of my all-time favorite films, Le Samourai (directed by JP Melville): The Godson, pictured below.
Some of Bernhard Lang's award-winning aerial photography. These are from his Adria Series and were taken from a helicopter in Italy in 2014. More on his site.
